Our first camping experience. We came in looking for a pre owned trailer, but Dave guided us to find a new trailer with full warranty in our budget. We loved it so much the first few trips that we got a bigger truck and came back and traded for a bigger camper with a slide out that we ordered from the factory. We love our camper! Drove down from NH in early March to purchase our first Travel Trailer (Keystone Bullet 260RBS). The Berlin branch had the exact model we were looking for. Everyone from Sales to Service were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Adam and Cody(?) went through the entire camper and Blue Ox hitch with us. We have used the camper a few times and are very happy with it. There have been 1 or 2 glitches but they are covered under warranty and my husband is working with Keystone to remedy. No pressure .my salesman NICK. was real informative and went well above to answer all my questions. I was so worried about buying out of state and then bringing it back to Massachusetts to register it .cause mass sucks for this stuff and when I did have a problem at the mass registry I called and they overnighted the paper I needed and solved my problem . We started at the Boyertown location but what we ended up with was at the Milford, De location. Millie, our sales person, set everything up for us to view the trailer at the other location and helped us throughout the entire process. What we liked the most was all the available options and amazing staff. Our salesman Bob Joel did an excellent job showing us all available options. Finally he showed a camper he thought we'd like and it was absolutely perfect. Bob did not pressure or rush us. This is our 4th camper and this was a great experience. I liked the overall experience at Hitch RV in Boyertown, PA. Our salesperson Danielle is awesome. She is very knowledgeable about the RV's and all the different types but she is also owner of 3 and has shared many of her experiences both when she was new and also as a seasoned RV owner. She went above and beyond and even took me out in the site to teach me how to back the RV up (I got to drive). Calvin the General sales manager was very friendly and outgoing. Scott is outstanding at the service desk and very helpful with products and the maintenance of the vehicle. Tom and Josh were both instrumental in the demo of the RV and putting up with my questions and video recording it all. The entire staff was great. Met others as well that pitched in and helped such as Kyle and John. Without a doubt - this is a place that you truly feel like you are surrounded by family. I called Kyle looking for an usual floor plan within a hour he sent me three campers that would work for me ! The camper I wanted was in New Jersey he drove down and picked it up for me. We were supposed to take delivery Monday they have a issue with the refrigerator and he wanted to make sure it was working correctly before we picked it up. He went out of his way to help get the problem corrected. He also got me what we wanted for our trade. We went down yesterday to bring our new camper home there was an issue he helped us move everything from our camper to the new camper . We were unable to bring it home last nite . Today Kyle brought my new camper to our house event backed it into our driveway which is very difficult , He also made sure that I had no questions. Columbia, S.C. Mark and Patrick were Great. In fact, the entire team was Great. We traded in our Flagstaff popup for a Sunset Trail SS272BH. On our way to trade in the popup and sign all the paperwork, we had a tire blow out on the interstate about an hour from the store. Mark checked on us several times and asked if we needed anything. This was on a rainy Saturday. The team stayed open an extra hour to allow us to still come in, so we did not have to reschedule. The buying process was simple and easy. The whole experience was nice. Lonnie, our sales person, went above and beyond to help us (over the phone, during holiday season). I changed my mind, the day we were to do paperwork, Lonnie, took it in stride and we did get the camper we wanted. Pick up day was today, Brian, who did our walk through, was very thorough and even added some ideas (nice touch). We have had a few problems with Hitch RV in the last couple of years. Thanks Dave we wanted you to know that Service has gone above and beyond. Amanda and Rena operate as a well oiled machine. They know exactly how to push the manufacture to get the job done. We had purchased our original camper in Feb 2019 and found it to have some issues in may after bringing in our unit having it diagnosed and starting a long process with the manufacture. These two ladies didn’t stop, they pushed the manufacture to come to their lot and see the defective camper they had build. We may have spend 4 months fighting with the manufacture but couldn’t be happier to have picked up our 2020 unit this past weekend. I can’t leave out Mike and Eric who prepped our unit!! We absolutely love our RV, Dave and HITCH RV are amazing to work with! We traveled 8 hours to get to Hitch RV, but it was well worth it. Will Kricker made owning our first rv simple and easy, no hassle or stress. He walked us through the process and helped us choose the right one for us all we had to do is pick the color. when we went to pick it up at the milford location Neff one of the service techs did the walk through with us and gave us lots of good tips to take care of our new travel trailer, he even walked me through how to winterize our rv. Months after being interested in a particular model of an older Open Range we got an email out of the blue that one was traded. We drove 3.5 hours to see it, bought it, no hassle or hard sell. Ran into an involved unexpected issue with the VINs on title and trade in not matching. Dan Hayden took it upon himself to contact Forest River about the issue. He worked it out and the trade in went flawlessly.
So impressed #1 that he even remembered us and #2 that he went over and above to correct an issue we didn’t know existed.

Very proactive regarding the setup and delivery of our new second home. can you please thank him, as a pat on the back goes a long way indeed. Let’s face it, it’s very easy to complain but my wife and I feel that it is very important to tell people when they do a good job too. Sales is important but SERVICE is everything. You and your team just made us feel a lot better and more at ease over this whole transaction.

We bought a Bullet RV and had issues with the Hot water heater on our first trip out. Mike in Service had even tried to help trouble shoot the issue so I would not have to drive the RV back. Unfortunately we were not able to fix it over the phone. Since we live 60 miles from the dealership, we needed to make sure we could get the repair done in one trip. The way Neph in service when he saw us walking around looking for our first time, took the time to talk with us and educate us was so worth it. We looked and researched for over a year until we were ready and realized that Hitch was the place to go. Ron in sales was awesome as was everybody in the office. The experience of making a deal and getting the RV we wanted!! Our salesperson this year was Patrick and last year was Lonnie. They were great!! They were no pressure and very helpful!! I said I was going to look around and see if I could get a better deal with what I wanted. I went 3 days thru the Hershey show and was told no by everyone else. I went back to them and they made the deal I needed. They were great to work with. I can honestly say I would go back to these great people if I needed another RV! After several years of renting and borrowing campers we decided this was our year! We started the process in October with another dealer and basically was told we were being "too picky" After several months of back and forth we decided to search elsewhere ready to put our camper to the side until next year. Honesty and product knowledge of the salesman, Dan Hayden, was THE biggest factor in coming down 2 hours from our house. We met at the AC rv expo and from the first word everything was on point.
We came liking the Keystone Bullet 272 bhs, and left with the Coachmen Freedom Express 275bhs. No hassle, no gimmicks and Hitch Rv beat every other dealers price and trade in offers including 3 Camping World locations in 3 states.
We work hard for our money and really value a family business that takes our needs seriously and works harder to earn our trust.
From the moment we arrived we were impressed, met by the salesman at the parking area, and immediately went to work putting the deal together. The entire shop team came together to get us rolling down the road in record time. Something very few rv businesses can pull off.
We loved our little trailer but it was time for an upgrade in size and luxury glamping. The new travel trailer has many features and gadgets that will keep us happy for years.

My family purchased a 37ft Super Lite Sunset Trail at the end of this season. I had never pulled a trailer before, so I asked the trailer be delivered as part of the deal. Hitch RV delivered from DE to Long Island NY. Unfortunately when the RV arrived, it was damaged in a few places. Now this was not Hitch RV's fault, it was clearly manufacturing defects. Any other customer would have rejected the shipment, but the delivery man Phil, offered to repair what he could. I can tell you, that Phil did an amazing job at repairing the bunks and wall panels ( he had to make several trips to Lowes to get the right tools)
Thanks to our Salesman Dave who was the most honest businessman I have ever met. He made sure all of our question and concerns were taken care of.
Special thanks to Kim in the Warranty department who took care of my complaints in regards to Crossroads manufacturing.
If you are going to buy an RV, Hitch is the only place to shop.
