EverGreen RV: Building Quality That Lasts

Technology is a wonderful thing. Just look around and see some of the amazing things technology has done. The device (laptop, phone, tablet) you’re reading this on is a product of technology. Better yet, the RVs we spend quality time in is full of technology also. You may not think about it, because it’s all part of the building process and we don’t actually see it. I’ve always been a big fan of new manufacturing processes that not only make RV living easier, but also makes our RVs last longer and drive easier. That’s why I’m a big fan of EverGreen RVs. These guys have made quality RVs that defy the typical RV manufacturing process, making it easier on our wallets and easier on the eyes, as well.

Building Innovation

EverGreen uses a material called ComposiTek during the manufacturing of their RVs, which solves a big problem with long-term RVers. We’ve all heard of or run into the problem of moisture in our RV. Mildew, mold, and rot are a common problem with older units and we all know that fixing and replacing the areas impacted is not cheap. ComposiTek is a material that is 4 times stronger than plywood and weighs up to 20% less! It resists moisture and keeps it out of your RV’s walls and floors, virtually eliminating the chance of mold and mildew infiltrating your weekend getaway.

Weight Savings

I’m all about saving money when it comes to RVing. The Ever-Lite series weighs, on average, 20% less than its competitors. That means savings at the gas pump. Pulling a couple thousand pounds with your truck is not exactly fuel-efficient, but with 20% less weight, I certainly wouldn’t think twice about taking it out on the road for a weekend trip. I’d hitch up and be gone before you even had a chance to pack your things.

Staying Warm in the Winter and Cool in the Summer

EverGreen uses a new insulating technology that vacuum seals the walls, floors, and roof. So, when you head out to a campsite in the winter, you can rest assured that you’ll be warm inside.

Aerodynamic Design

The floors in an EverGreen RV are enclosed with the same ComposiTek materials so you can pull your travel trailer without the wind gusts working against you. Which, in turn, also helps with your gas mileage and keeping control of your RV while you’re on the interstate.
